Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 18 years and the maximum driver’s age is 85 years.
A young driver surcharge of USD 55 per day will be charged for drivers aged from 18 years to 22 years old.
A senior driver surcharge of USD 5 per day will be charged for drivers aged from 85 years to 90 years old
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license that should be valid with no major endorsements, no experience required..
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory is the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or a certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Personal ID card or passport, driver's license and Credit/Debit Card under main driver’s name.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible of amount 700 to 900 USD depending on the car group.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible of 700 to 900 USD depending on the car group.
Third Party Liability
It is included in the your rental amount.
It covers the amount up to 1 Million USD.
Excess Reduction
Additional insurance options are not available.
We don’t accept any other insurances, in case of any damage, customer will be liable to pay upto the excess amount and they can claim back from their own insurance, police report is mandatory and in case there’s no police report provided full damage amount shall be paid by the customer.
Other fee:
1. If the vehicle keys are lost or stolen, a fee of USD 300 will apply.
2. You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, other penalties, and loss of vehicle keys/documents etc. incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
3. In case of Losing documents, a fee of USD 150 will apply.
4. In case of wrong fuel, a fee of USD 800 will apply.
5. If car is returned dirty 20 USD charge will apply.
Smoking in the car is prohibited, and if Client smoke in the car a fee of 300 USD will apply.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown is required due to customers fault additional charge will apply depending on the situation. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
Same to Same.
The client must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel provided at the time of check out.
Please Note: The vehicle must be refueled within 10 km to 12 km of the return station and the renter must present the receipt from the petrol station to confirm that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel tank.

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed to Argentina and a charge of 250 USD will apply.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price.
Payment Methods and Deposit
All major credit cards are accepted and must be on main drivers name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash and debit card payments are also accepted for rental payment only and not deposit.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from 550 USD to 700 USD depending on the vehicle groups will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available not available.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick up
1 hour grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. If the customer comes to pick the vehicle after the grace period the booking will be considered as "No-show" or car will be provided but extra charge wiill apply of 17 USD If client doesn’t inform.
For late return
1 hour grace period is for returning vehicles. If the customer comes to return the vehicle after the grace period then additional one day charge will apply.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 Hours prior pickup.
50% cancellation fee will be applied on total amount if cancelled 12 Hours prior pickup.
For Prepaid bookings, no refund will be issued if car is returned early.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
